Current silicone molds worked with Machinable Wax which is tough and doesn't fracture when pulling out of the mold. The new pattern wax that's supposed to help with investment shells cracking is more fragile and molds have to be modified somehow.

All edge cases appear to have been found...

Cuts to release features when silicone density is high
Careful cuts to release intricate features
Open 1-piece mold if possible, outside part to be cut off after metal casting is made
