BGM hm11_82 replaced with Cicadas? #595

I was running my BGM matcher, and found that the file hm11_82.ogg in the Console BGM folder is the background sound effect of cicadas, when it should be this console BGM: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=16oGSLNPGsQ

It looks like this file is only ever used in your retrospective script.

I can update this for you when I update the BGM archive, but I'm not sure if this was intentional or not.

ah never mind - the first 10 seconds of this BGM is the sound of cicadas, but then changes to the BGM....
