User can search for his Bungie gamertag from the interface

There are two ways of doing this:

Use only the display name of an account

For example, if my account ID is "XXXXXXXX#1111", I can search for my account using "XXXXXXXX" to find the details.
Using the full id

Using the previous example, I should be able to find my account by entering "XXXXXXXX#1111". The first way of doing it doesn't work with the display name code.

The first method is implemented in #19. The second method should be implemented in a future PR.
