failed removal #1035

Describe the issue Two apps keep failing to uninstall saying: Failure [DELETE_FAILED_OWNER_BLOCKED] You have a solution? no What to do to fix the issue. UAD_20240924.log

rebooted, tried again, same issue

UAD log Upload the logfile generated by UAD. It would be difficult to help you without it.
