Progress bar fully filled before the transaction is done #403

Based on 0x feedback:

The progress bar shouldn’t fill up completely until the transaction is done (ideally it will stall around 95%)
In the same vein as the above ^ don’t show the filled in black checkmark icon, until the transaction has been successful. Right now it fills in after the bar fills up.
