Flickering / the orderbook going away randomly #494

This behavior has been observed on the demo site. Possible cause:

Failing request (throttling) may cause an empty array of orders to be returned and then displayed.

It looks like tweaking the .env caused less throttled/failed request so the flickering decreased its occurrence. Anyway the PR #501 should prevent that behavior.
