Files with accentuated letters do not appear in the list to play #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start UMS + PS3
2. Browse to a folder/movie file containing accentuated letters (for example
àäéêèïö in French)
3. Error msg for files with accentuated letters "The file
/Users/Shared/Movies/Films/Comedy/Astérix et Obélix Mission Cléopâtre.avi
could not be parsed. It will be hidden"
4. File does not appear on PS3 menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Accentuated letters used to work in UMS version 2.6.5 + Java 6 + Max OS X
10.8.5, but too many changes at the same time to tell exactly what went wrong
from my side.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UMS 3.0.0 build 8ae6b1f86 (2013-11-01) Java 7 version
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 1.7.0_45 64-bit by Oracle
Mac OS X 64-bit 10.9
Encoding: UTF-8
Memory: 683 MB
Language: en_uk

Please provide any additional information below.
A way to circumvent this bug is to rename all files and folders without
accents, but that's a pain to read in some languages... Thanks!
