UMS dosn't use ffmpeg within ums directory #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. no ffmpeg on system installed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
UMS should use ffmpeg in same dir as UMS.sh. UMS don't use it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UMS 3.1.0 Ubuntu 13.04 64bit openjava-7-jre (7u25)

Please provide any additional information below.
To fix this I had use ffmpeg_path, to set proper path. At 3.0.0 It was working 
ok, in 3.1.0 the config need to be added.
