On "Geeva Advanced License", it is intentionally strict, currently it's somewhat of a temporary implementation in place of a mission line to get it. The idea is they really really have to trust you to give you that license since they're giving you access to one of their best weapons. Also Geeva have negative reputation towards Kroom Kakaima so you're not limited to assisting to gain rep but also fight the Kroom Kakaima.

There are several reputations between factions that I don't understand.
Dels Relationships
Firstly, the Dels Dardornai have a negative relationship with the Kaote. One especially interesting thing I noticed was that the Kaote have a positive relationship with the Dardornai. I came across this when I was fighting the Ufulre and repaired a Dels ship. Later, I was going into Dardornai space and saw that planets were hostile. In the wiki, you say that the Dardornai and Kaote are on neutral/friendly terms. It seems to me that this has none of the "friendly" in it. Ideas I Had An especially strange thing I saw was that the Dardornai do not want you helping the Kaote. My suggestion would be to change the reputations so that the Dardornai will attack Kaote but not get mad if you help the Kaote. The Question Why would the Dardornai attack the Kaote?
Geeva Relationships
In your mission to get the "Geeva Advanced License", you need over 5,000 reputation with the Geeva. I see no way to do this without spending countless hours hoping Geeva or Dels ships to get disabled. This would take an extreme amount of time, and I decided to just cheat for the reputation. Also, the Geeva have a negative relationship with the ZIS, which I don't understand because the ZIS helped them. Ideas I Had In order to make it easier to get the required reputation, the Geeva could have a negative relationship with the Kakaima.
