Add capital wormholes to Omnis systems #5

When you have the Omnis plugin, you will see wormholes in the capital systems of each faction. These wormholes take you to and from the faction's Omnis system. I also added an Omnis system for the Tehru and an outfitter/shipyard in Omnis for the Ultaka.
