Local test server or local idle server #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on "local test server" or "local idle server" in the main menu that 
opens when the game starts up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is creating a local idle server or a local test server; 
instead nothing happens. The menu stays the same as it was before clicking.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Public Beta 29, Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Have you taken a look at the Settings page of the wiki? 
http://code.google.com/p/gmang-tf2hud/wiki/Settings

The more specific main-menu functions need to be defined by your configs. :)
