比如使用的HTTPDNS，明显的错误，在IPIP查询是Anycast，所以不列入中国IP？ 182.254.118.119

可以看到关于这个IP的修改是在 1 Jul 2020 的commit 2e62534076373242ac4766fd56500fcb8fd033a4
