PWS. Section 6.5 Travel and Other Direct Costs (ODC) “Travel outside of the Baltimore-Washington region is anticipated for the purposes of user research and stakeholder meetings.”

Question/Comment

Is travel limited to only domestic locations within the United States? What is the expected frequency and duration of the anticipated travel?

Vendor should assume one, weeklong, CONUS trip per 3-month period for approximately 4 members of the project team. Ultimately, any travel will be up to the vendor based on the vendor's user research plan. However, note that all travel must be pre-approved in writing by the COR/ACOR.
