Update instructions for 18F styles #287

Now that we have included installing 18F styles as part of new hires' checklists, this clarifies the instructions for saving the styles as default styles and applying them to existing documents. Adds screenshots since the "Styles dropdown" may not be intuitive to find.

(Also adds a missing space in the first sentence of the page)

Also happy to rethink this if you think it would be better not to add screenshots since they are big...
