Pulse HTTPS Survey - the distributionDownloadURL returns a 404 Error 'Not Found'.

Discovery Market Research API - the distributionDownloadURL returns a 'Page Not Found', 'The page you are looking for is currently unavailable to view'.
Contract-Awarded Labor Category API - Window opens and this text is found on the page; Get Rates GET Rates GET /api/rates/ HTTP 403 FORBIDDEN Vary: Accept Allow: GET, HEAD, OPTIONS Content-Type: application/json { "detail": "Authentication credentials were not provided." }
18F Internal Team API - All distributionAccessURL's return the same Error '401 Authorization Required'.
Tock Timecards API - Not certain if this is an Error or not - When the URL is clicked on it states 'Authenticate using @gsa.gov', and 'Sign in with a MyUSA Account'.
api.data.gov Admin API - Error states 'API_KEY_MISSING / No api_key was supplied. Get one at https://api.data.gov.
