Need to look into certificate number generation, Drop data in certificate, create pdf/document and email to certificate or have access to in their profile interface, email could possibly be just a link to pdf or place where they can download

Need to see history of certificates issued similar to seeing history of applications

Per CPS User Guide:

For a Section 14(c) Certificate Number of 03-12345-S-001:

the first two digits 03 identify the Regional Office
the next five digits 12345 are system-generated numbers
the letter S identifies the certificate authority type, in this case Community Rehabilitation Center (Work Center)
the last three digits identify the instance of the certificate; (001) is the first issue

In store procedure – ESADBM.sp_cp_next_s14, i have confirmed below questions for AIS team

How is Regional Office determined? (It is a parameter to the StoredProc)
The third value "authority type" is called certificate type in the stored procedure and has values "S, P, H, E". Is there a lookup for these values, how are they determine? (it is also a param for the sp).
