Vendor did a demo at DOS, some DOS colleagues may be using them.

They let you install it and have a shared service available (hence both checks)

Product is positioned as an alternative to Sharepoint, Salesforce, ...

Looks like 24/7 support is only from one vendor, Oxcyon.

The product has some hooks for development, but it's difficult to find people who say they will customize the product for you (other than the vendor).
