Attachments in search results do not have the data_type='opp_attachment' #198

Query for an opportunity from FBO one with solicitation files. (FA5205-16-Q-B054) (https://api.data.gov/gsa/fbopen/v0/opps?q=FA8730-16-R-0021&show_closed=true&api_key=DEMO_KEY)

Note in the results docs with attachment_url and "notice_type": "N/A", the "data_type": "opp"

I would expect the "data_type": "opp_attachment"
