MailChimp changes #101

I've made these changes where I can, but because 18F owns and manages this Mailchimp account, there's certain places where the GSA physical address and the devops email address is going to be listed, unless we can change it for the account. For instance, I can't edit the "Profile settings update" page you get to if you click "update my settings". There's also places where the "Return to our website" link is hard coded into a template, and that variable for our account is currently set to 18f.gsa.gov.

@NoahKunin do you have suggestions for what we can or should do? My understanding is we can't actually change this.

I guess I'm confused why we would want to. We're the system owner, and if we start to store actual PII and Records, our information must be listed.

@NoahKunin: it would be great to keep this as a consistently branded Treasury product (end to end), but since we're only capturing emails for a few months, we don't need to move mountains.
