Small goal doesn't show any interest amount whatsoever on the meter (calculator) #103

You should set like a fixed 1% width at the far end of the meter so it shows regardless of how small the interest amount is.

So this is a tricky one because we're only calculating in intervals of years. So $20 / mo. for 2 years $493 total, but then to meet your goal you have to add a whole other year, so $240, to that, at which point the principal alone exceeds the goal.

This is the same thing going on with #104 exceeding the myRA cap.

@nickbristow what do you think the best way to handle this is?
