Look into the "Individual Signup" goal & fix if necessary

Goal 3 "Individual Signup" is not recording any conversions. I want to be able to associate acquisition channels with Goal 3 so we know which sources are most effective. The myRA signup page shows everything as coming from the landing page so it needs to be collected there.

The "myRA landing page" refers to the entire myra.treasury.gov site

"Signup page" refers to the banking app that people access from clicking the "signup button".

What we need to be sure we're tracking is how many people clicking through our signup button to get to the signup page.

@firebbl1 can you confirm this is working in the analytics dashboard as a goal? (let me know if adjustments need to be made.)

Goals is working but the numbers all vary slightly. For example, looking at: 3/26/2015 Landing Page signup goal = 73 Landing Page signup events = 74 Acct Creation Page Getting Started goal 1 = 83 In theory these should be the same, or maybe LP goals be a little higher if people abandon. I see these same variance all week.

@firebbl1 I believe that is the result of goal tracking which is acknowledging the unique events vs events, which plots again total events.
