加入群聊的流程不通 #145

没有加成功过

出现2种错误情况：

  1. sent之后，另外一边得不到通知
  2. sent按钮立即会变回join，另外一边收到通知点击approve没有效果

Do we need to set up push notification when user is accepted / rejected now?
