This window should connect with the delete button. Once the user paid, the comment should delete automatically. #75

Task Test:

  1. Connect with delete button
  2. Check if payment approved and delete the desired comment

Acceptance test:

  1. I Go to website.
  2. I Enter what I wanted to deleted on ‘Bad Rating Deletion’ area
  3. I Click on 'pay now' button
  4. I Login into my paypal account
  5. I Select a payment method
  6. I Pay for $5 for each comment I want to delete.
