Add MailChimp signup #16

MailChimp is awesome because it allows us to apply people to different tags tags. We can have people sign up for mailing lists that apply to different regions. Currently we only have Townball General for big announcements about the game as a whole (i.e. anyone who is just interested in keeping up with the sport), and Newberg area players, which is pretty self-explanatory.

Our signup form should already be able to house options to sign up for both of those (I think) in the HTML code I sent you for it earlier. 👍 💪

Speaking ofo MailChimp, I am hoping that we can give people daily updates again during the tournament - scores, schedules, and highlights like last year...
