[Mobile] Better navigation #22

Current mobile nav has a few problems:

Townball name is not visible enough w/just the logo
Pages are hard to read---remove horizontal lines, maybe change font?
Background should be darkened, or nav should span entire screen
Hamburger lines + close icon are too big
