About Training on 2D images #59

Hi ~ thank you for your excellent work in the medical imaging analysis community.

Well, I wanted to train the dataset in 2D, so I converted the dataset to 3D (like nnUnet trained the dataset in 2D), but I did the training as Task120_Massachusetts_roadSegm.py suggested, I find that it seems to be similar as the previous nnUnet training. So,What command should I use if I want to use nnFormer on a 2D dataset? Or what parts of the code do I need to change?

Thank you very much

Thank you very much ACDC和synapse本身就是2d图像吧,论文里面作了实验了已经
