Google Cloud has this admonition popping up:
Does that mean that receipts@2i2c.org
needs to be verified?
Google Cloud:
The actual URL to get to the billing page includes our "billing account ID" :
https://console.cloud.google.com/billing/xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx/invoice
You need to be authenticated but it is ok to include that project ID on a public facing page for our our convenience?
That link goes to a download page for all of past invoices.
There is also
https://console.cloud.google.com/billing/xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx/history
that gives alternate view of the transactions and links to download the invoices
For AWS, I am just noticing this preference in the Billings section:
I have now turned that on on the assumption that we'll be able to forward that email to Ramp. (I am not yet sure which email account receives that email.
To look up AWS cloud invoices, Billing -> Payments -> Transactions (tab):
We currently auto-forward our cloud receipts to
receipts@ramp.com
so that we can have our reimbursements processed. However, CS&S told us that they need the full invoices for this, rather than just the receipts. To my knowledge we don't get e-mails with the invoices, we have to go into the cloud provider UI to find them.Tasks
