After successful update the Javascript is broken #389

The custom templates might still refer to a CDN version which is outdated. After selecting the standard templates in the used style, only the EditSuite remains to be a problem.

From 1.0.x to 1.1.x we completely removed the custom headInclude.tpl file. But during the update you can't delete files with the PIPs. Therefore it had to be deleted manually with an update script.
