Add page object types to remove need for custom menu #417

With the invention of the page object type it is no longer needed to have a custom menu (while still supported of course). Now you can easily select the page or content you want to have in the menu and the necessary parameters are inserted automatically for you.

Apparently the behaviour of the new system is different from what I expected. It contains only pages that you explicitly define during installation which of course excluded dynamic content.
