move from deprecated tslint to eslint

hello,

I nneded to move from tslint to eslint as tslint is depricated.

I did it by running in the terminal: ng add @angular-eslint/schematics@14 followed by ng g @angular-eslint/schematics:convert-tslint-to-eslint

I tested the builds and live server and they all worked after these changes, my dev dependencies now look like:
