Refined code structure and readme formatting enhancements #15

What as been modified so far in .py files:

Variable name consistency
improve webhook creation
better error handling
better embed formating
remove redundant OS 'clear' command

Concerning readme :

Used mardown basic syntax instead of html tags that are not necessary

I haven't has time to test the changes yet, feel free to do it.
