Separate options to select what is reactionary to polyphony

[ ] Notes
[ ] Parameters across channels

Polyphonic channel split

[ ] All channels | 1-6
- revisit option for how many channels are used for polyphony
[ ] 1/2 split, three notes for each split channel | 1-3, 3-6
[ ] 1/3 split, two notes for each split channel | 1-2, 3-4, 5-6
- e.g. notes played on MIDI channels 1 or 2 would be split between FM channels 1 and 2, etc.

Additional polyphony mode

[ ] Eager (current implementation)
[ ] Relaxed (use data known about the release rate to keep notes on for their release duration)
