Add a preferences dialog.

- Light/dark/auto

- [x] Haptics
- [ ] File upload setting
- Load into patch list/into channel/into group
[x] Computer keyboard MIDI keyboard toggle
[ ] Add a reset preferences to default button in the preferences dialog
[x] Toggle to allow program change affect all channels in group or just one channel
