Please change the .tlog file name formatting to 24h.

2012-02-09 06-59-51.tlog  was not flown in the morning - and so it's sorted by 
filename, and appears to be in wrong order.
if it was named:
2012-02-09 18-59-51.tlog
 - there would be no doubt - and the original sorting - by name - would be accurate.
