Throttle is not increased to keep up groundspeed in strong wind. (flying with airspeed sensor) #576

If airspeed is enabled - and cruise speed set to 12m/s:
I can turn into wind, (RTL or AUTO) and the aircraft may  use it's altitude to 
maintain some speed (unable to see airspeed on OSD) but groundspeed may be 
0-2m/s - and throttle is not increased to gain groundspeed.

Set the MIN_GNDSPD_CM parameter.
