I Had the APM Planner fluent in German.
Would we make the translation of their files, let me get the necessities.

All the necessary files are in the Git repository and available for translation 
if you want.

I'm no programmer crack file exactly what I need and program with which I can 
edit it?

I also translated the Gluonpilot, I have to get a program from the developer 
and the files. So it was no problem :)
