Mission Planner resets sensor readout rate etc.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Disable sensor readout (update rate 0 Hz)
2. Exit MP
3. Launch MP
4. Sensor readout is at 3 Hz again

This also happens sometimes when just using planner - rates suddenly revert 
(for example when viewing radio input in raw sensor view)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Decreased bandwidth and all values stay set.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

MP 1.1.74, Win7 64b

Please provide any additional information below.

This is important in case of low bandwidth link (APC220) because it can't keep 
up with 3Hz sensor readout (+1Hz everything else)
