Cashflow Forecasting Link Missing

Expected Behaviour

The cashflow forecasting link should be present on the navigation bar and allow users to access the cashflow forecast view.

Actual Behaviour

The cashflow forecasting link is missing after resolving merge conflicts, preventing users from accessing the cashflow forecast view.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to the application
  2. Observe that the cashflow forecasting link is missing from the navigation bar.
