Update source feature version when repo version is updated #11

Or remove source feature as the source can also be found at GitHub.

Currently when running mvn org.eclipse.tycho:tycho-versions-plugin:set-version -DnewVersion=<version> will not update the source feature version in p2/category.xml file. This has to be manually updated.

Tycho 1.1.0 fixes the source feature version not updating, so source feature was added back.
