Summary

An exception filter enables to control the exception response. The response includes only specified information:

status
title
message.

This exception filter is added to service in startup file.

Types of changes

[ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
[ ] Refactoring (non-breaking change to code and structure)
[x] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
[ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)

Testing

All test passed.

Notes

It should be extended by forbidden access in the future.
