Rainbow #45

Is this enough for rainbow creation: dream:setRainbow(strength, size, thickness)? I can not find rainbow at skydome.

Using dream:updateWeather a rainbow will be created after rain automatically. dream:setRainbow(strength) (missing parameters are set automatically) sets one manually. So, yes its enough.
