[Bug]: The location of the overview map is wrong

What is the bug?

After updating lizmap in version 3.5.4, the overview map seems to use the initial map extent defined in Lizmap plugin instead of the extent of the WMS Capabilities set in Project Properties.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. define an initial map extent in Lizmap plugin
2. set a different extent in the WMS capabilities in Project Properties
3. Publish the map
4. Verify which extent is used in overview map

Hi Nicolas, Yes. With Lizmap 3.6.7.6321, when "fixed scale" is checked, the location map doesn't use the extent of the WMS Capabilities (define in Project Properties -> QGIS Server -> WMS)
