Add support to suspend or hibernate (using systemctl and a swapfile)

Started in 0c83fda, completed (with assertions) in 8ef4210.

To enable hibernation, use the option eula.modules.services.hibernate, defining a device to resume into and an offset into that device (calculated like so)
