User Story

As a dev, I want to harmonize the three part code of the converter module, so that a video can be created with a comprehensive code.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] The three parts are present in the converter directory
[x] The three parts' tests keep working
[x] It is possible to convert tiff images into a video using the converter module
[x] Docstrings are present
[x] Code norm
[x] Readme updated to explain how to use the converter
