Documentation: Possible implementations of CeleST features in WF-NTP

User Story

As a developer, I want to understand how the features of CeleST are computed, so they can be also be implemented in WF-NTP. According to the usefulness of the measures and the estimated complexity of development, future work can be prioritized.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] There is a clear description of each CeleST measure
• [ ] For each CeleST measure, it is clear what steps are required to compute it (e.g. segmentation of the body, Fourier transform)
• [ ] There is a list of CeleST measures that already are computed in WF-NTP
• [ ] For each measure of CeleST, it is explained if it can be readily computed using the WF-NTP existing code, or if substantial development work is needed

Definition of Done

• [ ] Product Owner accepts the User Story
• [ ] Acceptance criteria met
• [ ] New data has been dvc push
