documentation (CeleST): Comparison on windows + Matlab vs ubuntu octave #48

User Story

As a user, I want to know if there is a difference in the result obtain via matlab and via octave,

If there is no difference, I want to see the dispersion of the different measurements of a sample video reported in a markdown document.

If there are difference, I also want to see the dispersion of the measurement and be able to appreciate the difference amplitude.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] a detailed markdown document or jupyter notebook with
- [ ] description of the input data (image/video)
- [ ] how the results have been obtained with CeleST (hyper parameters if they have been necesarry)
- [ ] a comparison of the results with graphics (and the code to plot those graphs, so notbook may be easier to work with)
- [ ] a directory containing the results obained with Matlab and those obtained with WF NTP.

Definition of Done

[ ] Product Owner accepts the User Story
[ ] Acceptance criteria met
