Dark theme support #68

Cockpit now supports dark theme, see https://cockpit-project.org/blog/cockpit-279.html For your plugin to work as well you need to make a few changes. See for example changes that we made in https://github.com/cockpit-project/cockpit-podman/pull/1128 for different plugin.

(Side note, I am not opening another issue for https://github.com/45Drives/cockpit-navigator but if you want me to please let me know)

Dark theme option set is not saved when re-login to cockpit again.
