Fibocom FM350-GL 4G and 5G band configuration support

4G band configuration
5G SA band configuration

There are 2 GTUSBMODE:

40: DEV=0e8d7126
41: DEV=0e8d7127

Default selected bands:

AT+GTACT?

After setting up the bands, the connection should be restarted
