Perform LungSegmentation and Quantification on sample data from Guyan

Do not have copy of original DCM china data - only anonymized .tif which works fine.

However, we need to be able to process USB PACS data in dcm format directly, so if China data works, it may be useful for debugging, but is not a fix.

Wait fix from KM.
