improve handling of JATS markup in CrossRef metadata #435

Bug Description

The CrossRef API returns - at least in some cases - JATS markup, e.g. in the abstract field of the JSON response of https://api.crossref.org/works/10.1111/jan.12345

The JATS markup is not removed in the DSC backend. This results in JATS markup that is displayed in the UI

As this function is contained in core DSpace, I'll move this issue to the core DSpace project.
